Solstice Multimedia, LLC was founded with a mission to make the personal and business lives of our customers more enjoyable and efficient through the use of technology. Experience from a variety of industries including residential services, telecommunications, structured cabling, and Internet data centers was brought together at Solstice Multimedia to deliver complete, functional technology solutions.

We recognized that manufacturers, service providers and wiring companies are selling individual products that do not easily work together. Individuals struggle to integrate these components into a working, easy to use system for their home or office. At Solstice Multimedia, we take full responsibility for the end product. Our team delivers a fully integrated system, configures the system to be easy to use and trains our customers on what they need to know.

Travis Deatherage
President, Co-Founder

Travis Deatherage has eleven years of experience in the telecommunications and residential services industry. Prior to founding Solstice Multimedia, LLC, Travis spent three years with Inflow, Inc., a Denver-based collocation and managed application services provider. As the Senior Product Manager, Travis was instrumental in the creation and management of Inflow’s flagship service, InflowNet. In addition, Travis served as a Senior System Engineer supporting Inflow’s strategic accounts and sales efforts.

Previous to Inflow, Travis managed the creation of a web reservations system and developed a customer relationship management system for Global Crossing Conferencing located in Westminster, Colorado. Travis managed a successful residential house painting franchise for five years in Northern and Southwest Virginia and served as a software developer for Bell Atlantic in Northern Virginia, prior to moving to Colorado.

Travis holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic and State University (“Virginia Tech”).

Ted McCausland
Chief Operations Officer, Co-Founder

Ted has spent thirteen years in the high technology industry. He gained valuable expertise in Structured Cabling, Networking and Integration through his eleven years at Anixter, a global technology solutions provider. Anixter was the driving force behind the performance and design standards of the Structured Cabling industry and continues to be a leader in these areas. At Anixter, Ted served as the Director of Sales for Public Networks and had responsibility for the largest Colorado-based Service Providers. Ted was instrumental in the design and specification of the Structured Cabling infrastructure for the worldwide data centers of these service providers.

Ted most recently served as the Regional Sales Manager for Celox Networks, a Boston- based company who manufacture the largest capacity IP Services Creation platform.

Ted holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
